1. What Carbadia is
Carbadia (carbadia.io) has four areas. Carbadia Studio describes a carbon removal technology-development direction, and Carbadia Bridge a procurement platform in development. Carbadia Exchange is a simulation of carbon-credit trading: it holds no financial license, conducts no real trading, clearing, or settlement, and its instruments, prices, and market data are fictional. Carbadia Atlas presents public climate and carbon-registry data from third-party sources and is preparing a rating service for carbon removal projects and carbon credits. No real funds or carbon assets are handled anywhere on this site.
2. Demo funds and accounts
Balances shown on Carbadia (including the $100,000 granted at sign-up) are simulated numbers with no monetary value. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed, or transferred outside the simulation. Accounts may be reset or removed as part of operating the demo.
3. No advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Atlas data is provided for reference only and is not real-time. Ratings, once published, are opinions based on the evidence available at the time and are not investment advice or a guarantee.
4. Third-party names and data
Verra, Gold Standard, UNFCCC, CCER and other standard or registry names are referenced for identification only. Registry figures shown in Atlas come from public datasets such as CarbonPlan OffsetsDB and remain subject to their sources' terms. NOAA, the Global Carbon Project, the Indicators of Global Climate Change and the State of Carbon Dioxide Removal are cited as data sources. Carbadia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these organizations.
5. Studio, Bridge and Atlas enquiries
Pages about Carbadia Studio and Carbadia Bridge, and the Atlas rating service, describe plans and directions, not existing facilities, products, orders, ratings, or commitments. Their enquiry forms only prepare an email draft in your own mail app; the forms themselves send and store nothing. An enquiry starts a conversation and is not a purchase, investment, supply or rating commitment.
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service (automated scraping beyond reasonable use, attacks, attempts to disrupt the simulation). We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and data
The service is provided as-is, with no uptime or data-retention guarantees. Simulated trading history may be pruned as part of routine maintenance.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the product evolves; the version published at carbadia.io/terms applies.
